PCL series have been widely used for fine crushing building sand, mineral stones,
and metallic slag in many industries such as: hydroelectric, road, architecture,
cement, mental mine etc. The end product is in cubic shape, and low content of
needle shape.

PCL series vertical shaft impact crusher has four advantages:

1. It has integrated the Barmag principle, features with rough grind & fine crush,
high efficiency & energy saving, high crushing efficiency. The material enters into crusher through feeding hopper, the material is divided into two parts by distributor, some of the material enters into high speed rotated impeller through the middle of the distributor, they firstly are impulsed and crushed with materials freely fallen from around distributor and then they are impulsed into bow wave lining layer in bow wave crushing chamber. After crush circulations, the specified products are discharged from the crusher.

2. Through introducing advance technology, strict purchasing of raw materials & manufacture
technology & quality inspect, we produce high quality quick wear parts,
which abrasive resistance is 2-3 times than that of our competitors, greatly
